According to Sacnilk, the MCU re-release earned over Rs 7.65 crore net on its second day in Indian theatres. The film played in 3,700 theatres across India and brought the net collection to Rs 14.90 crore. Further, the gross collection in India reached Rs 17.83 crore. ‘Endgame: Encore’ saw a major rise in earnings, overall occupancy, and the number of shows played compared to its opening day. While the popularity around the Marvel film is high, ‘Avengers Endgame: Encore’ is also competing against multiple other films that were either released on the same day or have been steadily rising in numbers. This includes the Austin Abrams-led film ‘Resident Evil,’ which is a brand-new reboot of the popular video game.
