I just let my intuition go in situations of fear. I live from my heart. I am not a cerebral person… I will continue doing things the way I have done them my whole life.”

What does the quote from the ‘Spy Kids’ actor mean?

The beloved actor opened up about trusting his intuition and himself over everything else while he sat down for an interview with The Talk a few years ago. He opened up about how important it is to trust your intuition and your gut in some situations and how you need to live for yourself and lead your life the way you want to.When faced with uncertainty or fear, most people hesitate or overthink. Banderas does the opposite: he uses fear as a cue to trust his immediate gut instincts rather than letting anxiety paralyze him. His quote is a call for people to lead life with passion, empathy, and genuine feeling. His decisions, whether in his career or relationships, are driven by what feels right deep down, rather than what looks good on paper.Living from his heart, Banderas says that rather than focusing on what other people think or want him to do, he rather puts more trust in himself, his experiences over the years, and how all of this has developed his thinking process. Banderas approaches both his art and his life organically, accepting the risks that come with choosing passion over logic.
