A trip to the mall usually means shopping, grabbing a coffee, trying on clothes and, somewhere in between, touching a surprising number of things that hundreds of other people have already touched.
Most of these surfaces look perfectly clean. But that does not necessarily mean they are free from germs. Some high-touch spots can collect bacteria and other microorganisms simply because so many hands come into contact with them throughout the day.
