Eating ice cream at night is one of the few childhood fantasies that we carry even into adulthood.Today it has gotten a modern version by just being a few taps on the phone, and it feels like a small luxury. In a few minutes, a cold tub arrives at your door, and the day ends on a sweet note. But before relishing our favourite delicacy, do we ever stop to think about how it was packed, stored, or manufactured?We just assume everything went quite well.But the whole story turned upside down when a foreigner took to her social media to show what she had bizarrely found in the ice cream.
Foreign woman finds a toenail in her ice cream bar from a popular online brand
An Instagram video posted in late September 2026 went viral after a customer said they found what looked like a toenail inside a NOICE ice cream tub ordered through quick commerce.The woman with the username @pol.explorer, who is Russian, married to an Indian, and living in India, shared in the video that she was eating an ice cream, which is from the NOICE brand, and found an unexpected chunk in her ice cream bar.She further continued explaining, “I earlier thought that it was plastic, but then my husband and I found out that it bends. One side of it is a very disgusting colour, so we thought, and I think that we are right, it is somebody’s toenail, and this toenail was inside of this ice cream. It is completely disgusting. I will never ever buy these NOICE products, because you cannot have.”
This is not just the first case
Earlier in March 2026, a customer alleged that he found a piece of glass in a NOICE dark chocolate. NOICE replied on X that it was investigating with its manufacturing partner and across the supply chain. The brand also said that “such consumer safety complaints are taken very seriously.”
Social media shares their disgust
The post has since gone viral and garnered several views, shares and comments online. One user wrote, “My NOICE eggs has gotten infested with worms which never happened to local eggs that I buy. I NEVER buy from them they are scammers. Boycott swiggy”. Another added, “I stopped buying noice since a while now.. couple of times the lassi i bought had a wierd texture almost like slime.. also I saw this insta video where someone found hair in the sweet box.. something not right with noice products really”.A third user wrote, “I am vary about Noice products. They market their products well, packaging in great. But I find their products Sub standard. N yes it does look like a Toe nail of the Big toe.”.
