However, according to the outlet, all of the visits will be completely supervised by a therapist or another family member “agreed upon by both sides.” Currently, Hilton’s mother, Teresita Lavandeira, has temporary custody of his children.The matter of his children’s custody was agreed upon by both him and his mother. The children will remain under Lavandeira’s care until the court orders otherwise or until she and Perez reach another agreement. Not much was revealed to the public about the custody case.
