Actor Jyotika has expressed high praise for filmmaker Chidambaram’s latest release ‘Balan: The Boy’ which is currently running successfully in theatres. She described the drama thriller as a “masterpiece” and strongly urged audiences to watch it in theatres. Suriya and Jyotika also met the team of ‘Balan’.

Jyotika praised the screenplay and direction for delivering a gripping and unpredictable experience.In her Instagram post, she said, “Balan: The Boy – a supremely crafted film by Chidambaram and an intriguing and constantly surprising screenplay by Jeethu Madhavan which blends empathy, mystery, innocence and criminal instinct so smoothly, making it a masterpiece to watch.” The actress noted that the storytelling keeps viewers engaged.

The actor also appreciated the performances of the cast, “Such delightful performances by Farzana who is a revelation on screen showcasing a strong embodiment of womanhood . Adisheshan and sinan whos innocence and depth in the eyes pierce straight into the viewers heart , a must mention is the feisty dolly June as the old lady .
